It is really important that we have all of the key information to address/respond/resolve the issue being raised, so do please share as much detail as possible. 

However, we understand that sometimes people feel more comfortable providing feedback anonymously, so that is perfectly fine if you would prefer to do so.

Are you experiencing financial difficulties?

If you are struggling to pay your rent, please let us know as soon as possible. 

With your Housing Officer’s support and guidance, you may be able to set up a repayment plan, and they can connect you with the right people and organisations that can provide debt advice and budgeting help, including CAB and Step Change. Our dedicated Housing Officers are always available to provide the help you need and can be contacted by telephone or email.
